Job Title: Lead QA Engineer / QA Manager

Location: Novi Sad, Serbia
We are looking for Lead QA Engineer, committed to quality and professional excellence, who desire to lead and participate in the test effort for all of our products across various platforms(web, ios, osx, windows, android).
Key responsibilities:
- Lead assigned QA activities through entire development cycle
- Review requirements, design, test cases and other documentation for potential issues
- Plan, size, and schedule testing activities accordingly
- Performing hands-on testing, as well as leading the work of others
- Automation of test procedures, making appropriate use of tools and test frameworks
- Bug reporting and tracking, bug analysis and reproduction
- Lead and mentor others in all the above
Requirements:
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of Test/QA engineers
- Experience in software test automation, tools and methodologies
- Experience in software testing in multi-platform environment
- Experience in test automation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues in a timely manner
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and energetic team player.
