Job Description
The successful candidate will join an established development team tasked with completing and maintaining several key components of a cloud-based management information system.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 3 years of commercial experience as an OO software developer and a minimum of 1 year as a Zend Framework developer. The right person will have strong communication skills and be a proven team player. Some of the technologies you will be using on a daily basis are: PHP, Zend Framework, MySQL, Doctrine, AWS, Solr, Gearman, GIT, JIRA, BAMBOO, PHPUnit, Ext JS, Vagrant, Puppet....
This role will require you to take ownership of the projects assigned to you and meet challenges head-on and with the help of your team-mates. In return you will earn a competitive salary and benefit from flexible working hours. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Skills and Experience
* 3 years commercial experience as an OO Developer (required)
* 1 Year Zend Framework (required)
* Experience of working with Linux systems
* Experience of using the git version control system
* University degree in Computing Science or other relevant discipline
* Easily communicate in spoken and written English!
