Osteceni video klipovi na CD/DVD diskovima!?

Imam nekoliko kratkih filmova po 250 mb , u raznim formatima (MPG , WAV , AVI ) narezanih na nekoliko DVD .
Vremenom su se diskovi ostetili (ogrebali) pa sada nemogu bar pola od filmova , ni da gledam , ni da ih kopiram na hard disk kako bih ih ponovo narezao na drugi DVD disk.
Dali postoji neki program ili bilo sta drugo , kako bih mogao da spasem bar neke filmove ?
