Seeking WordPress Designer/Developer
SEEKING WORDPRESS DESIGNER / DEVELOPER
First, thanks for your interest in this position.
I’m looking for an as needed designer / developer to work with me, based in the United States, and my Serbian team. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is both a designer and a developer. Just as important, I’m looking for the right person who will be a good fit for the team with an ongoing relationship, so if you are a designer but not a developer or a developer but not a designer, please still submit an application.
We primarily do online marketing work like online ads and search engine optimization. As part of that work, we often need to create landing pages, graphic designs for social media profiles, etc. Also, we need a developer to make improvements on our agency website from time to time, noboundsdigital.com, and on an e-commerce page that we own, campaigntrailyardsigns.com. We also get asked by our online marketing clients whether we can do a redesign or make some developmental changes to their site.
Our need for a developer / designer varies a lot depending upon the project we are working on from 5 hours in a month to 50 hours in a month.
Here are some things I'm looking for in a freelancer who I will have an ongoing relationship with:
- You must be available when needed
- Willing to use Todoist, Slack, Elance, and any other tool that the team uses
- Strong PHP and Wordpress development
- Knowledge of Hubspot COS preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of Woocommerce preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of English. It doesn’t need to be perfect.

Here’s what I’m looking for in your proposal:
- The Wordpress sites, preferably Woocommerce sites, you've worked one with a brief explanation of what you did. I'm looking for examples of real design and development: plugins from scratch, custom functionality, etc.
- The hourly wage you’re like to make
- Anything else about your skills and experience you think is relevant
Along with the work that you've done, I'm interested in learning more about you to see if you are a good fit for the team. Skip any that you like, but hey, the more answers the better I can determine if we are a good fit to work together. Honest answers to these questions significantly increases the chances that you’ll be chosen for this freelance work.
