We are Web Solutions, very successful Web development team, positioned in Belgrade.
Our client is US game company, we need a very responsible person for the project below.
Technologies:
Flash AS2, SFS 1X (older then version 1.68).
Using an Oracle database.
Has a current built in chat filter that access has to be altered.
A separate outside chat filter (called pottymouth) system that ties in smartfoxerver.
Tasks include:
Development needs to work on STAGING server, approved then pushed to LIVE server sets.
We will be using the current chat filter with the new Potty Mouth filter.
Update current existing chat filter
- In the client code it allows users to type text into the chat bar. If a word is unknown it shows as red. This color should be changed to grey to indicate that it is unknown what will happen if they press send.
- In the client code if they press send it currently will not let them send if there is any red (now grey) text. This restriction should be removed
Implement New chat filter system feature (all keep old one) through Potty Mouth.
- Implement Feature that Triggers a in virtual world Message when a Player has Gained/Lost Trust.
- When a response comes back to PottyMouth it has an optional JSON property called events. Events is an array and it is possible to have more than one event. If there is an event and the event has a message property than it should show as a popup in the game.
