Control Esc is an IT company based in London, UK with a network support team based in Novi Sad, Serbia.
We are looking for two experienced Microsoft Systems Administrators, for junior (level I and II) and senior (level III) Support Technician job positions.
Job is mainly on a full time basis, based in our Novi Sad office. The work is remote administration, monitoring and general troubleshooting of our clients systems.
For senior Sys Admin there may be a possibility for trips to London to visit client sites and be involved in servers installation/upgrade/migration or disaster recovery projects.
Conditions:
As many as possible of the following skills:
• Very good written and spoken English with good interpersonal skills
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing)
• Windows Server (2003/2008 SBS and Standard) administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)
• Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010 administration
• Backup systems (Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec System Recovery, Windows Server Backup, NT Backup, Wbadmin, online backups)
• Windows XP/Vista/7 troubleshooting in Domain environment
• MS Office 2003/2007/2010 troubleshooting
• Ability to quickly adopt and understand troubleshooting of various server and client applications
Optional:
• Security concepts (firewalls, IDS, VPN)
• Windows Scripting skills (Logon scripts, DOS and VBScript)
• Exposure to any Linux/Unix administration
• Exposure to Blackberry Enterprise solutions
• Exposure to Mac OS X
