Nasim jezikom receno, kolorni kristali su postavljeni slojevito, jedan preko drugor i to po osnovnom stamparskom rasporedu. Svaki od kristala reaguje samo na odredjeni temperaturni opseg, a od duzine tretiranja zavisi koliki ce intenzitet boje reflektovati 1%-100%.
Kako se dobijaju razlicite nijanse?
Jedna stampana linija se prvo tretira temperaturnim opsegom za Cyan u vremenu jednakom intenzitetu te boje, zatim se ista ta linija tretira drugim temperaturnim osezima u potrebnim vremenskim duzinama. Na taj nacin dobijamo razlicite nijanse, slojevi su transparentni, reflektovana svetlost se mesa i oko dobija informaciju o boji.
Na jednoj od stranica sajta su objasnjene prednosti i mane. Prednosti velicina i jos po nesto, a mana ne otpornost fotografija na vlagu i nedovoljan intenzitet boja na fotografiji ( ovo za boje su naveli profesionalci, a njihovi kriterijumi su razliciti od prosecnog korisnika), navodno fotografije deluju isprano. Ovo ne treba da cudi, jer nedostaje cisto crni sloj. Jeste da se crna moze dobiti mesanjem ove tri, ali nije to to.
