Pokusavam da posaljem webrequest koji u sebi sadrzi karakter "È". (c8h)

Medjutim webrequest to automatski konvertuje u %c3%88.

Any suggestions?
(jedna ideja je da budzim post zahtev, al ja bih nesto elegantnije)

To je sasvim ocekivano ponasanje koje je po RFC-u. U cemu je zapravo problem?
