Are you tired of working on financial and insurance software in a micro-managed environment where creativity is forbidden and asking questions is like talking to a wall? Are you tired of using different complex appropriate frameworks full of bugs without any flexibility?

We are a young company applying agile development and Scrum.
We are using the latest technologies and processes like Java, Spring, Hibernate, Grails, WURFL, CDN, mobile payment gateways, video and image processing...

Personality requirements and skills:
- min. 3 years of experience in software development
- can write simple and clean code even when solving complex problems
- strong knowledge of Java and OOP
- experience in development of web applications
- understanding required functionality from a minimalistic documentation
- good communication skills, team player
- knowledge of Grails/Groovy is an advantage
- experience working in an agile (Scrum) environment is an advantage
- experience with Java tools like JUnit, Ant, Hudson and SVN
- experience with design and architecture of products/projects
- English at advance level

Position is based in Bratislava (Slovakia). We will help you to get work permit.
