thanks for your feedback. This is our standard contract of employment that everybody signed here, even me. We never had any problems with this contract also with our existing developers. For us, it is clear that no developer or any other employee can or will work continuously overtime, because this will lower the quality of work and will result in a unsatisfied employee which also may leave the company.
So we would prefer to leave the contract to our standard, because I can say, that none of our employees is working continuously overtime all the time. Yes, there are projects that are demanding from the time line and overtime is necessary, but this is not regular and we always found a compensation for this in the past.
