Flash prelazi preko javascripta???

Imam jedan sajt u kom je gornji header u flashu, i sada sam postavio preko jQuery-a i css-a otvaranje slike preko celog prozora. ali flash prelazi preko toga. Da li postoji neko resenje za taj mali problemcic??? Hvala unapred
