Job Description:
IQS+ keeps growing, we are 12 now and keep getting bigger! IQS+ is an advertising agency with studios in San Francisco, Milano and Belgrade. We offer a great blend of team spirit, western style management and on the job advancement. Our office is located in the downtown Belgrade area.
We are looking for a Web Designer / Web Developer to create online direct response ads and landing web pages. This is a fast-paced job, where your success will ultimately be measured by sophisticated US clients.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in concept development, design ideation, and detailed specification of visual designs for user interfaces of the future and existing products
• Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process
• Produce design specifications, storyboards, scenarios, design prototypes
• Create visual designs that address business, brand, market, and user requirements, including design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography, and interface elements
• Collaborate with producers, product managers, and developers to refine the user experience
• Work with web developers to deliver the final product
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years experience in Web design
Creative skills:
• Demonstrated depth of experience in copy/design integration, typography and interactive interface design
• Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and positive attitude
• Ability to be self-motivated and deliver projects on time with minimal supervision
Communication skills:
• Able to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team, and rationalize and present design ideas and decisions effectively
• Able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
Technical skills:
• Must be fluent in
o PhotoShop
o Flash
o Illustrator
o DreamWeaver
• Must have solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies (html, flash, css)
