For our office in Serbia (Belgrade) we are looking for a senior Perl developer with team-leading capabilities.
Experience: >5 years active perl-developer (hands on experience).

Function description:
As Technical Lead you are the captain of a 5 developer team, containing both medior and senior developers. Your main task is software development (Perl) and reviewing code constructed by your team.
Secondly you are responsible for intakes and technical translation of functional requirements.
Your third task is maintaining the architecture, development procedures and guidelines (unittests, cruisecontrol, subversion, comments, documentation etc etc).
Specific (Perl) requirements (please outline / specify projects in CV):
Knowledge of mod_perl. Writing handlers, efficiency.
Able to juggle with higher order functions, weak references and symbol tables.
Familiarity with apache, apache config and multiple server setup.
http protocol with all the details about Etags, keep-alive connections and security.
