Pa, sve je rečeno u toj poruci - ne može da nađe fajl: c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll.
Da li si instalirao podršku za PHP i da li se PHP modul nalazi na pomenutom mjestu?

Da možda ne treba da piše: c:\\php\\sapi\\php4apache.dll?
Win ne koristi "/" za razdvajanje putanje, pa će možda raditi ovo gore. Pogledaj u .conf fajlu kako su zadate putanje na drugim mjestima.
