C++
* Adaptive Communication Environment (ACE) framework
* Unix network programming
* Unix inter-process communication (IPC) programming
* Windows UI client-side programming using Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC)
* Windows winsock2 programming
* Shockwave integration on Win32 platforms
Java
* Tomcat servlets
* Axis SOAP
General
* Experience working with designers (teamwork)
* Experience handling remote project management; most freelance programmers who work SOHO have this experience
* Proficient in use of Linux operation system
* Experience in creating user interface on Windows and understanding the importance of UI layout
Design
* Understands Unified Modelling Language (UML)
Job Requirements:
* Able to start work immediately or within short notice
* At least 3 years experience in programming
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to work in multiple projects
* Manage time and deadlines efficiently
* Fluent in English

Job Description:
* Conceptualize, design & develop professional layout & interface designs for websites
* Designs should be at an international level of quality
* Present high-quality design proposals and ideas
Job Requirements:
* Able to start work immediately or within short notice
* Diploma in Multimedia or equivalent
* Ability to work in multiple projects
* Must have OUTSTANDING knowledge in Flash, Macromedia ActionSript, PHP, Javascript
* Must have experience in Flash integration with C++ or other programming languages
* Manage time and deadlines efficiently
* Desire and Passion to work for international clients
* Team player
* Fluent in English
* Has the right Ability, Attitude and Approach
