Potreban Senior WordPress Developper and Team Manager
IWB is a french agency based on France. We do a speciality of the WordPress development, from basic e-commerce site from webservices interaction and XML interpretation and a lot more.
For today we look for a freelancer in full time, but we start to build a company in Serbia during the year. When the company will be create, place will be offer in fulltime for our freelancer.
We looking urgently for a senior developper that have significant skills under WordPress, from at least 5 years and have experience under team management.
Keep the deadline safe will be your main work, either for you or the team you'll manage. You'll be the bridge between France and Serbia, in interaction with France all the day.
The main goal for this senior developper will be in three parts :
- Manage the most complexe demands under WordPress we have,
- Manage a Serbian team by Skype
- Develop our internal tools from SVN to customer request interface.
Our team manager will have
- to not count his hours, in a base of 5 or 6 days of work by week,
- to be very organised,
- the ability to respect deadline, and be respected by the others developpers
- to transmit is skills to the rest of the team
- to understand requests quickly and clearly
- manage a big schedule of demands.
We offer 1 300€/ month + the internet connection + 5 weeks of paid vacations by years.
You have to be disposable asap, in fulltime, be not engaged in another company and have no vacancy planned for the next 6 months.
