* Provides pre and post sale support to the Direct sales teams with respect to mobility solutions including but not limited to:
a) Product solutions for wireless voice communication (GSM Gateway, Direct Link, VPN)
b) Internet and Email product solutions (PC cards, PDAs)
c) Applications and email servers for push email or portable internet
d) Fleet Management, Sales Force Automation, Field Service Automation and M2M Solutions
e) Future 3G Application offerings
* Assists in improving the sales channel customer facing team's knowledge, understanding, comfort level and skills with wireless solutions
* Contributes in providing technical content with developing sales proposals and presentations for clients
* Assists in the execution of sales strategy as it relates to the customer’s infrastructure,application functionality, and architecture requirements with emphasis on business drivers
* Present business concepts with ease and is seen as the Subject Matter Expert for wireless solutions to the sales team and clients – this will encompass extensive industry knowledge, client presentations, RFP input and intimate knowledge of IP Solutions
* Facilitate solution development and deployment of complex custom wireless solutions including network connectivity, requirements definition, product testing, pilots and client trials
Requirements:
* University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or Business Administration
* Minimum of 3 years solutions selling experience in the telecommunications industry
* Minimum 2 years pre or post sale technical support in the wireless industry
* Demonstrates sound product and service knowledge of client server environments, email, PDAs, LANs and WANs, as well as IP and emerging wireless technologies
* Demonstrates the ability to define and develop client mobility solutions
* Excellent oral and written communication skills (both in Serbian and English) including the ability to prepare and deliver professional documents and presentations to all levels of an organization
* Demonstrated project management abilities
* Valid drivers license required
* Proficiency with MS Office is essential
