Uh,vec sam se isek'o da su i njih ugasili...a bas sam skidao nesto kad mi odjednom puce taj download...i trenutku sam se istripovao da imam problem sa konekcijom ali kad sam video da je sve u redu rasio sam da malo ispitam situaciju i pravac ES :)

ja se iskreno nadam da ih nisu ugasili , tj. da je istina ovo sto sam pronasao (mada je malo starijeg izdanja):

Just a very short note to point out that Rapidshare won a case against GEMA, the German collecting society.

The question was whether or not Rapidshare was illicit with regards to the European DMCA, the EUCD.

The answer of the Judge was very clear. Of course, he asked Rapidshare to supress the litigious files with regards to the current case, but it seems that he did not recognize them liable for hosting these files. Actually, he stated that Rapidshare was more than complying with the EUCD since they allowed right owners to take down files by themselves without going to Court through a very simple notification procedure.

It’s a clear win for Rapidshare and a first step towards a minimalist interpretation of the EUCD in Germany and elsewhere in Europe.

Ne zelim da krsim pravila foruma, pa da upucujem ljude na druge web-adrese , ali , iz minuta u minut se menjaju informacije na gore vec pomenutom sajtu:

On 19 January 2007, news broke that German collections agency GEMA had claimed to have won a temporary injunction against both RapidShare.de and RapidShare.com. "The latter is said to have used copyright protected works of GEMA members in an unlawful fashion,".[4] To date RapidShare has claimed not to have any knowledge of the content uploaded by the users and of not being in a position to control the content. Through its injunctions the District Court in Cologne had now however made it clear to the company that the fact that it was the users and not the operator of the services that uploaded the content onto the sites did not, from a legal point of view, lessen the operator’s liability for copyright infringements that occurred within the context of the services, the spokesman added. Currently rapidshare is not working.

Both RapidShare.de and RapidShare.com sites are currently still operating and the consequences, if any, of the claimed injunction have yet to be seen. So far, they have not been sued.
