Professional Printing Solutions Department of Spinnaker with its 15 employees, headquarters in Serbia and regional branch offices successfully cooperates with more than 60 clients in the region. Because of rapidly expansion of our HP Indigo business, we need to employ 2 positions within the team:
1) Application Specialist - HP Indigo presses
Job purpose:
- To provide technical and related consultative services to customers, and to support the sales team in presales activities.
Requirements for applicants:
- Bachelor degree from Graphics, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical School
- Knowledge of English language (oral and written)
- Minimum of 3-year working experience in printing house or design studio/agency
- Work with prepress software - Adobe Creative Suite 3 Premium (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator), Quark, as well as in Mac environment
- Ability to travel
- Driving license - B category
Advantageous skills:
- Previous experience in working with more printing processes (offset, flexo and screen printing)
2) Field Service Engineer - HP Indigo presses
Job purpose:
- Ensuring equipment is installed, maintained and repaired by the company and to the full satisfaction of the customer.
Professional qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from Electrical Engineering or Mechanical School
- Knowledge of English language (oral and written)
- Ability to travel
- Computer skills: Windows
- Driving license - B category
Advantageous skills:
- Previous experience in field service engineer jobs, as well as on customer support jobs
- Knowledge of the Graphic art / printing industry
- Knowledge of prepress software - Adobe Creative Suite 3 Premium (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator)
- Work in Mac environment
