Potreban Java developer
Java developer will write software for deployment on both Windows and Unix platforms. They will develop both graphical user interfaces and batch software solutions. They will write software used as stand alone applications, web Applets, and remote process servers. They will work with software that interacts with other programming languages, including C++ (COM & JNI). The Lead Programmer will write software that interacts with multiple versions of both MS SQL Server and Oracle. They will develop software that interacts with and calls other applications, such as email, Weblogic, Crystal Reports, and Adobe. They will optimize applications deployed across low bandwidth and/or high latency networks. They will convert applications from 2-tier to multi-tier. They will work with multiple XML specifications. The Lead Programmer will work with object-oriented principles such as inheritance, polymorphism, refactoring, and encapsulation.

Additional Required Experience
* Minimum of 3+ years programming experience in Java
* Product deployment on both Windows and Unix platforms
* Source code versioning software
* Internet and WAN software deployment
* Report writing tools such as Crystal Reports or SSRS
* Work from home
Summary
The Lead Programmer is a key technical resource who provides mentoring, research, and technical support in addition to their role as programmer. The Lead Programmer works closely with senior staff in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development. The Lead Programmer is largely responsible for determining the direction of development.
