ShiftPlanning, Inc. is currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant. Our office is located in the heart of Belgrade. This position has the potential for an immediate start date.

- You are comfortable with the Google Apps suite of products. You’re eager to learn about new tools and ways to be more productive.

Your Responsibilities
- Interfacing with local and U.S. contacts, whether they be business or personal
(both outbound and inbound communication via E-mail, in-person, and phone)
- Reliable and effective translation: Serbian-English
(written, read, and spoken)
- Navigating commerce/purchasing in Belgrade and (potentially) adjacent countries
(e.g. arranging to purchase a laptop in Berlin, purchasing groceries locally, dinner reservations)
- Coordinating and executing services with vendors as needed
(e.g. coordinating with a real estate agent, sourcing and scheduling apartment maintenance,
arranging laundry, car service, interfacing with cell phone service)
- Administering the schedule and inbound requests to schedule
(this requires technical savvy)
- Arranging, managing, purchasing, and coordinating travel
- Network opportunity coordination
(network, research, coordinate, {potentially} plan, and identify relevant professional events)
Some travel may be required. All necessary travel expenses will be covered
