We are a team of experienced professionals and since our business is running well we need your help with our customer support and education.
Job Details
You will be in charge of providing customer support, answering questions about theme setup and WordPress in general,
as well as detect and resolve possible bugs that may appear on our customer’s websites.
Your typical workday will start anytime you like with a cup of hot coffee or tea (or a cold beer),
you will be answering old and new emails, and most importantly - make our customers happy.
This will usually take most of your time, but if your work is done here you can play with our documentation,
create short Video Tutorials or take your time off - we are really a zero stress company.
Skills required
• You have experience with WordPress websites management, setting up themes and plugins, and even providing custom solutions
• You are very comfortable with HTML/CSS and have a basic jQuery scripting knowledge
• You are good with PHP and WordPress coding in general
• Your are fluent in written English language
