Adecco is searching for Ascendant Technology Managed Services Technical Specialists (Linux Administrator)
Candidate Profile:
Must be Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
1+ year of experience
To understand the concepts and implications surrounding building resilient and reliable solutions
Solid Unix, Linux and Windows administration skills
Problem determination and resolution know-how including escalation management
Excellent team working skills and empathy with clients along with business awareness
Ability to work well independently under own direction
Fluency in English
Responsibilities:
Working within a team of Managed Services Technical Specialists to resolve Incidents and Service Requests, advise and guide clients and to provide rapid restoration of normal services with speed and accuracy
To perform configuration, migration and upgrades
Troubleshoot client software environments
Perform System Monitoring
Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new clients
