Located in New York City, we are a start up company. Currently we are looking for a strong Developer with an excellent organizational skills, a good understanding of front end development and UI/UX. We also expect the candidate to feel as part of the project, offering suggestionas, insights, ideas for new developments and consultations on new UI technology.

What you need for this position:
- Strong ability to design cross-browser table-less HTML layouts ( HTML5 )
- Professional experience using CSS3
- Expert level Javascript experience; JQuery
- Strong understanding of browser compatibility and web standards
- Experience with PHP integration
- Fluent in English
What you'll be doing:
- Be involved in weekly meetings to discuss progress, new ideas, follow up, and company development.
- Create design wire-frames and work with back-end developer to create effective flowcharts.
- Creating interactive web content using HTML5, CSS, Javascript and JQuery
- Developing and Designing table-less layouts
- Hand-code validating HTML and CSS
- Optimizing new and existing pages for size, load time and speed
- Taking a PSD and converting to cutups and validating HTML and CSS
