IT Project ManagerWhat’s expected from this position:
* Organization, coordination, leadership and management of the software development team
* Communication and negotiation with our clients
* Analysis of clients’ systems and project requirements
* Devising of functional specifications, and time (and price) estimates, based on client’s requirements
* Planning and execution of IT/software development projects
* Keeping in touch with industry developments and implementing innovative solutions
We’re looking for someone with:
* Excellent command of English language, spoken and written
* Strong organizational skills, with emphasis on planning and execution
* Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong emphasis on teamwork
* Self-Initiative, with an emphasis on a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving
* Good understanding of current software development technologies, frameworks and project methodologies
