I'm a frenchman in Serbia. I make a site for a cultural center with mambo and i have a little question for install it on a Serbian server...
Do you know if it's possible to install Mambo on Eunet or Neobee... I don't know other server in serbia.
My preference is to install mambo on eunet... do you know if it's possible? Because in France some server have php fonctions disactivate...
Someone in this forum have already install mambo on Eunet?

Does Mambo need some special settings in php configuration? If not, knock at the door of favourite provider and ask for php hosting.

I think that there is no special needs by Mambo so it should run on any server with any PHP newer that PHP 4.3... My friend said that he had problems with mod_rewrite only, but that is some extra options that is off by default and you don't need it.

Please avoid neobee hosting. You can find much better hosting for the same money. If you need recomendations ask on this forum (on ES).

I had some problems with a site hosted on Eunet's server, because they run PHP in safe mode. I can't tell you my favourites, but try to avoid EUNet, too expensive, poor quality.

Sorry, I made a mistake...Čekaonica... i don't undersand very good serbian... sorry.
If it's only a safe mode problem, it's not a big problem...
But if eunet has not a good quality : Do you know other Internet Service Provider in Serbia?

I'm not sure about Mambo, but I can confirm that Drupal does work on Eunet servers.

Eunet most advanced web package named as "EUnetWeb: Napredni" is a discrease for other hosting providers. IN this package you get 50 mb of space wich is not enough.
