We are looking for a young, ambitious person with a technical background, who uses the Internet on regular basis, has good communication and interpersonal skills, understands mobile phones and the way mobile applications work.

Main responsibilities:

* Providing complex explanation in simple, clear terms
* Working with customers on identification of problems and coming up with and suggesting solutions on a short notice
* Cooperating with engineers to make changes on applications, based on feedback received from customers
* Logging and keeping records of customer queries

Required qualifications:

* Fluent English - professional proficiency
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong logical thinking
* Desire to enhance the total customer experience
* Experience in a fast paced environment.
* Excellent understanding of Android OS and Android apps
* Good interpersonal and customer care skills
* Investigation and diagnostic skills
* Ability to deal with difficult customers

Desired skills:

* Experience with Google Play Developer Console
* 6+ months technical/customer support experience
* Participation in online forums or better moderating an online forum is a major advantage
* Cultural awareness
