Your responsibilities will be:
- set up phone meetings with qualified decision makers through sales prospecting via cold calling and networking
- construct proposals and contracts within selling guidelines
- devote much of your day to building long term relationships with business customers
- maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities
- meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales quotas/sales goals
Requirements:
- extensive advertising/sales prospecting experience
- demonstrate communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels
- exhibit self-motivation, flexibility and adaptability to new situations
- good PC operating skills, heavy internet user
- English fluency
- think strategically and creatively
- knowledge of the recruitment market is a plus
