We want an ambitious and enthusiastic sales person with experience in online sales, advertising and social media experience.
Your responsibilities will be:
- manage relationships with established clients and construct proposals and contracts within selling guidelines
- maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities
- sell the recruitment product & packages
- grow client database and the satisfaction degree of our users
- create territory development plan
- develop marketing strategies and social media features and services for a better interaction between the product and hiring companies
- represent Ceevee.com in conferences, events and assure the brand's presence and exposure in the media.
Requirements:
- strong work ethic
- 3+ years of live sales experience in a consultative B2B environment
- demonstrate communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels
- strong client orientation
- knowledge of the recruitment market, both online and offline is a plus
- good PC operating skills, heavy internet user, social media consumer
- proficient command of English
- proactive and assertive person
- negotiation skills
- possess ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity to meet goals and deadlines
