QL PS:
Zaboravio sam da napomenem da se priča o QL odnosi na 32-bit Windows 7 Ultimate, Build 7600 (RTM verzija) - tu nikada do sada nije "nestao" QL na raznoraznim konfiguracijama!
Za druge verzije ne znam?

Pa i moja verzija je 32-bitna.Sto kaze STIL ukoliko se ne povuce skroz levo nema problema.Nakon restarta je ostao na toj poziciji i onda sam ga prevukao na levu stranu i stoji od tada tu,nije nestajao.

Što se tiče nestajanja quick launcha, i ja sam imao isti problem. To se dešavalo zato što sam imao uključen i language bar. Rešenje je krajnje jednostavno, samo idite u Control Panel, pa Region and Language, pa Keyboards and Languages, pa na dugme Change Keyboards..., kartica Language Bar, čekirajte Hidden. Jezike na tastaturi ćete menjati sa Alt+Shift.

Moraću da ga testiram. Inače jedna od prvih stvari nakon instalacije Windowsa je da isključim language bar, može biti da zbog toga nisam nikada video "QL koji nestaje"?

Inače upravo je izašla nova verzija, jednog od najpopularnijih, besplatnih tweak programa za Windows 7

Ja za tu namenu koristim Windows 7 Manager. Nije besplatan ali stvarno je koristan program.

^ Ma da... ali pošto nije besplatan to znatno umanjuje njegovu popularnost, a već je i pominjan ranije više puta na forumu.

Da i ja dodam koju po pitanju QL, to sam uradio onog trenutka kada sam pronašao rešenje i od tada stoji sasvim levo uz Start dugme, Language bar nisam sklanjao i nikad mi ništa nije nestalo. Još uvek koristim RC 7100 64-bitnu verziju.

U slučaju da imate problema sa instalacijom i Windows se restartuje, zgodan utility za prikaz sadržaja dump fajla tako da možete da vidite šta je izazvalo krah:

Users that have experience glitches in scenarios involving the burning of DVDs from Windows 7 might find a resolve with Microsoft, provided that the issues were generated by Udfs.sys. Microsoft has made available an update designed to take care of three problems associated with the Universal Disk Format (UDF) file system driver (Udfs.sys). The refresh in question is available for both Windows 7 RTM and Windows Server 2008 R2 RTM.

Microsoft described the first problem that Windows 7 users are likely to come across: “You try to back up some large files to a DVD-RW by using Windows Backup in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2. However, the backup operation fails and you receive an error message that resembles the following: “Logical Block Address Out of Range (SCSI_ADSENSE_ILLEGAL_BLOCK).” Additionally, the Eject function does not work.”

The Udfs.sys update for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 is currently up for grabs from Microsoft. However, in this sense the refresh is designed more like a hotfix. Microsoft is not serving the fix through Windows Update and had not posted the bits on the Microsoft Download Center. Instead the hotfix can be downloaded from Microsoft Support.

The second issue signaled by the software giant involves: “[formatting] a DVD+/-RW in the Like a USB flash drive format, and then ]writing] some files to the DVD+/-RW. After you eject and then re-insert this DVD+/-RW into the DVD+/-RW drive, you cannot write a file to this DVD+/-RW. Additionally, you receive the following error messages: “An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.” [And ] “Error 0x8007045D: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error”.”

The update is additionally designed to resolve a problem related to DVD+/-R formatted to be used as a USB flash drive format. “When you try to write files to the DVD+/-R, the writing speed is very slow. For example, on a computer that is running Windows Vista, it takes about 20 seconds to write a 100MB file to a DVD+/-R. However, in Windows 7, it takes several hours to write the same file to a DVD+/-R,” Microsoft informed.

zasto kada pokrenem instalaciju win 7 ne vidi mi particije HDD a imam dva HDD uredno napravljene particije,a uzgred nije ih ni video ni kada su bile napravljene u partition magic-u naravno sve sam to obrisao formatirao u NTFS i opet ne vidi particije instalacija win7 kada odem u stavku costum?

Šta znači uredno napravljene particije? Čime su napravljene? Možda su glavni Windows 7 Tips & Tricks da se ne prave particije pre instalacije nego da se to uradi kada instalacija dođe do izbora harda/particije.

Upravo tako, al' svi nešto vole da ponovo izmišljaju točak, toplu vodu i rupu na saksiji.

PS
"Uredno formatirane particije" bi morale biti vidljive iz Disk Management Console, gde im samo treba dodeliti slovo, ako je to Windows iz nekakvih razloga propustio da uradi prilikom instalacije.
