Port Trunking na TP Link switch-evima

TP Link switch TL-SG2224WEB ima Port-based VLAN i 802.1q Tag-based VLAN.

VLAN-ovi na svakom switch-u posebno rade kako treba (802.1q). Problem je u trunkingu.
Opcija za trunking je "Port Trunking" i izgleda ovako:

U uputstvu samo kaze da treba izabrati clana za trunk. Svaka grupa ima 4 opciona porta da napravi trunk.
Svaki trunk bi trebao da ima od 2 do 4 porta.

Ovo mi nije jasno, a nisam ni uspeo da napravim trunk izmedju dva ista switch-a.

Zna li ko?

Da odgovorim za buduce citaoce.

Za trunking izmedju 2 switch-a se koristi Tag VLAN.

Slika govori vise od 1000 reci...

Poenta je da se trunk portovi oznace sa tagovima, a access portovi da odbace tagove.

Govori tiho i nosi HUB sa sobom.

Cini mi se da je to slicno kao sto je izgleda na dlink switchevima - http://www.elitesecurity.org/p1646900 - da termin trunking u stvari predstavlja varijantu etherchannel-a.

Moram da dodam jos nesto...

Napisao sam e-mail tehnickoj podrsci firme TP Link, juce u vreme postavljanja ovog posta,
sa istim pitanjem. Odgovorili su mi jutros, sto je veoma pohvalno, znajuci da dosta kompanija ignorise takve mail-ove.

Evo njihovog odgovora...

I think you are using the TAG VLAN , is that right?
The Trunk feature of TP-Link’s switch is not the exact TRUNK as Cisco’s, so you can’t use it to transmit the VLAN datas cross the switchs.
The “trunk” port must be configured to “TAG” port and should be include in the every VLAN. The other port are configured to “Untag” port.
I send you a configuration sample of VLAN, have a check. I wish you can get it.
Also you can send me your topology and VLAN programming , so I can send you the particular configurations about it.

i ja sam ih isto smarao za te switcheve i isti problem, posto sam isto mislio da moze trunk... odgovaraju na mailove bez frke... blago su nepismeni (na engleskom), ali vrlo su brzi...
