There is no macedonian Linux distribution, but there is WONDERFULL KDE support for macedonian language! As I know they started localization project much before KDE YU (Yugolavian) and Croatian team. Sure there is also support in GLIBC, so if You set Your environment variables properly You can have macedonian language in all (localized) Linux applications. - In all (normal) Linux distribution, ie. that suff is independent of distribution You are curently using.
Just try to put something like:
LC_ALL="sr"
export LC_ALL
in Your .bash_profile and You'll see Linux in serbian per example.
If You use TCSH you should do something like
setenv LC_ALL "sr"
